About the Course

This 6-month Web Development Course is designed to take you from basic web design to building dynamic, database-driven websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP and MySQL, and deploying them to live servers.

Module 4 — Bootstrap Framework

  • Overview of Bootstrap and its grid system
  • Responsive utilities, components and navbars
  • Customizing Bootstrap with themes and variables
  • Hands-on: Build a responsive website using Bootstrap

Module 5 — PHP Basics

  • Introduction to server-side scripting and PHP setup
  • Variables, arrays, forms handling and sessions
  • File handling and basic security practices (input sanitization)
  • Working with PHP and templates for dynamic pages

Module 6 — Database Connectivity (MySQL)

  • Relational database concepts and MySQL basics
  • CRUD operations using SQL
  • Connecting PHP with MySQL using MySQLi / PDO
  • Prepared statements and preventing SQL injection
  • Hands-on: Simple CMS with PHP & MySQL

Module 7 — Web Hosting & Deployment

  • Domains, DNS basics and hosting types (shared, VPS, cloud)
  • Uploading files with FTP/SFTP (FileZilla)
  • Configuring hosting, databases and setting permissions
  • Deploying PHP applications and testing live sites

Assessment & Certification

Students will be assessed through module-wise assignments, practical exercises, and a final capstone application. On successful completion, participants receive a Web Development Course Certificate from Unnao Computer Academy.
